The basic principle of CSTR anaerobic reactor is to ensure that the concentration of reactants in the system is always maintained in a stable state and provide uniform reaction conditions by continuously input raw materials and discharge reaction products. In anaerobic reactions, CSTR reactors are used to provide an oxygen-free environment where anaerobic microorganisms can decompose organic matter in the absence of oxygen for conversion into energy sources such as methane. In the reaction process, microorganisms degrade complex organic matter in organic wastewater into simple inorganic matter or gas products, such as carb.
Application field
CSTR anaerobic reactor is widely used in the treatment of organic wastewater, biodegradation and other processes, especially in the anaerobic reaction shows its unique advantages. Applications include, but are not limited to:
Slaughtering wastewater and livestock manure treatment: used in slaughtering wastewater, cattle, pigs, chickens and other livestock manure treatment and biogas production, power generation projects.
Urban sewage treatment: Anaerobic degradation of organic matter in urban sewage through CSTR reactor, reduce COD (chemical oxygen demand) and BOD (biochemical oxygen demand), and effectively reduce the cost of sewage treatment.
Industrial wastewater treatment: Many industrial production processes will produce a large number of wastewater containing organic matter, such as food processing, paper and chemical industry wastewater. The CSTR reactor is able to treat this highly concentrated wastewater and convert it into reusable energy.
Landfill leachate treatment: Landfill leachate produced by the landfill contains a lot of organic matter, through the anaerobic biodegradation process of the CSTR reactor, can effectively remove pollutants.
